Terms of service

These terms apply to tutoring sessions booked with Score More Tutoring Center, in person in Cornet Chehwan or online via Zoom.

Booking and payment

• Sessions are confirmed on WhatsApp. Prices are in US dollars and published on our pricing page.
• Per-session bookings are paid at or before the session. Monthly plans are billed at the start of each month.
• We accept USD cash, OMT, Whish Money and bank transfer.

Cancellations

• Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before a session.
• Cancellations inside 24 hours, and no-shows, count as a used session.
• If we must cancel, the session is rescheduled or credited in full.

Online sessions

Zoom links are personal to the student and must not be shared. Sessions may be recorded only with the family's agreement.

Conduct

We keep a respectful, distraction-free environment. We may end a session or plan where behaviour makes that impossible, with any unused sessions refunded.
